This is a Prototype made by a small indie studio from Brazil. We are looking for players willing to play our game and give us feedback. Any help would be truly appreciated!
🏹 About the Game:
Yãkoana: Dreams of Resistance is a survival strategy game with roguelite elements. Inspired by games like Kingdom, Thronefall, and Badnorth.
Players lead an indigenous tribe in a fictional story, defending their land against colonizers through strategic resource management and tactical combat, all while navigating a unique narrative of cultural resilience.
As you play, you'll unveil Yãkoana's bold fusion of roguelite mechanics and indigenous wisdom—a perspective that sees dreams not as mere fantasies, but as powerful tools for learning and living.
🏹 Demo Duration:
2 to 4 hours of gameplay, featuring an introductory cutscene and integrated tutorials.

I would love to play your game if it had any Linux compatibility. I tried with bottles but couldn't run it.

Did you tried Wine? Maybe it should work 😄
Unfortunately, I couldn't run it, maybe it's because some misconfiguration. I tried adding it to the Heroic Launcher but the game doesn't start.
I'll try with other versions of Wine or Proton later.
Gostei bastante do visual do jogo e do som, achei os comando simples de usar, demorei um pouco para entender que o personagem tem um ataque especial, mas fora isso o resto está bem fácil de entender, animações e transições de tela estão bem feitas. Achei as batalhas para defender a vila dificies, que para mim é uma coisa boa! Com certeza é um excelênte jogo de Tower Defence, ancioso para ver como o jogo vai ficar.

Gostei bastante do visual do jogo e do Cacique, achei os controles meio travados, mas entendo que se trata de um protótipo e que muita coisa pode mudar. Algo que me incomodou foi o range dos arqueiros, que os faz ir para mais próximo dos inimigos e se expor. As recompensas no caminho parecem ser variadas o bastante e com certeza irão aumentar, por fim, por ser uma versão inicial do jogo, eu apenas ignorei a história. Gostei do jogo e sei que com o passar do tempo ele ficará ainda melhor.
